Highly recommend Burien Toyota. Hyung Kim was a salesman with a sense of humor. No high pressure, no dealer add ons, no unpleasant surprises of the sort we've had at other dealerships.

They are super customer focused and extremely communicative. From Nicole in the office to Juan my technical advisor, they repaired the damage caused by another shop and did so quickly and professionally.

My fiance and I are very happy with the car buying experience. We wanted a Corolla hatchback and Rico and the sales team located one just off the boat. Rico took us through the additional add-on options, letting us know which ones would or would not make sense for us considering the car we chose and our needs. We are happy with the buying experience

It’s a good place to go, but it’s good if they can wash cars after service

From the beginning when I called to inquire about a vehicle he was very kind and patient, and was helpful in finding me what I need for my family. I have been waiting for a vehicle that should be here soon, and I appreciated his communication during the process. He has been so quick to respond to my texts/phone calls/emails. First we ordered 2023 RAV4 for unknown timeframe after 1 day Kemran called to me asking I.m interesting new Prius 2022 just arrived at Burien Toyota.
