Mansoor Aziz is a gem. When I came in, he showed me such warmth and jovial energy while treating me like I was an old friend coming in. At every step of the process, he was well informed and made sure there was no surprises for me. While we were doing the drive test on the car that I was going to get, he kept conversation wholesome and friendly. As somebody who has had sales experience in the past, I appreciate him not trying to upsell me everything, focusing on what I wanted or needed, and actually treating me like a human being and not a piggy bank. That can make or break a sale for me. He made the whole process smooth and made sure that I was comfortable, informed, and attended to. It was the easiest time i've ever had buying a car. Even when I came back later, he still had the same energy and had a great hospitality to both my friend and I. I see great things in his future, and I hope he goes far with the way he treats others. He's a respectable man, and I appreciate him making everything so smooth and easy for me.

Always 5 stars in both Burien Toyota, for service and car inventory. AYCD waters, I always drink as much water as I can while waiting for my rav4 to be serviced. Usually about one bottle. Also fast WiFi for working while waiting.

We appreciated working with Daniel Sequeira, our sales representative at Burien Toyota. He was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner and had a friendly, approachable personality. We felt comfortable asking him questions about the vehicle, and he took the time to provide clear, helpful answers. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Daniel was extremely helpful in showing us all the features and functions of the TRD Off-Road model. He made sure we understood everything and explained how we could refer to the owner’s manual for additional information. He also took the time to set up our phones with the Toyota app and connect them to Apple CarPlay. We highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a Toyota.

Customer service was excellent. Hyung communicates very well as it relates to all the necessary information I needed. His follow up and follow through is commendable. I would recommend Burien Toyota all day everyday to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful and efficient experience. This purchase was a surprise gift for my daughter’s sweet sixteen birthday. I wanted the white but none was available, however Hyung Kim made it happen when I showed up to pick up the vehicle it was the white! I was pleasantly surprised! My daughter enjoyed her surprise and is still shock her mama bought her 2026 Toyota Carolla Cross LE. Thank you Hyung Kim and thank you Toyota for making this journey even more special.

Kory (with a K) was a solid dude. He showed me a '26 Tundra. The Tundra was exactly what I wanted, other than the color. Kory put in some work getting it to a great price. But I was too picky about the color, and when trucks are the price they are these days, I figured if I was spending that much, I gotta make sure it's exactly what I wanted. So I did not buy from Kory, but that doesn't mean he wasn't a great sales person. He didn't bother me daily, just checked in every few days. Kept trying to get me where I wanted, but I am too picky and went with the exact same truck, just a different color, from somewhere else. I wish they had the color I wanted, cause I would have preferred to buy from Kory. But when my wife is ready to trade in her Rav4, we'll be back, and we will certainly be asking for Kory (with a K)!

He was patient, flexible, and even went the extra mile to: not only drive me home since our deal needed a second day to process- but come in on his off-day to wrap things up! 10/10 will be coming back for vehicle #2 when the time comes around. The film edges were redone or corrected and both fenders were fully wrapped. Thank you! Burien Toyota - 5🌟 Rossignol - 5🌟 ------------------- Strong start - WEAK finish. Quickshare: Kory (sales) & Tony (finance) - 5 star🌟 Rossignol (XPEL PPF) - 2 star🌟 Full context: We bought a 2024 Rav4 Limited from Burien Toyota about two years ago, and the entire experience was top-notch. From sales, financing, and also delivery with all the add-ons like tow-hitch and PPF (paint protection film), everything was stellar. This July 2026, we bought a beautiful Crown Signia Limited. The initial buying process was awesome. Our sales guy Kory was 5 star excellent and Tony in financing was great as well. Once again, we purchased the same $2,495 XPEL PPF package as our 2024 Rav4. Apparently, Burien Toyota's previous PPF vendor was Auto Trim located in Tukwila, which is now permanently closed, and they were truly exceptional. Unfortunately, Burien Toyota now uses Rossignol in Auburn as their new vendor. Well, that's where our new car experience completely fell off. While selecting package add-ons, we asked and paid for the same previous $2,495 PPF full front package. Therefore, we expected to receive the same full front of the vehicle wrapped in PPF. Although, unlike Auto Trim, Rossignol only does full hood & bumper, but with partial fenders. Even worse, some film edges were done so poorly, which immediately allowed dirt to enter. Plus, some bubbles are still present after nearly two weeks from install. It's such a shame this Burien Toyota Crown experience doesn't feel like King...

Took delivery of my RAV4 here a few days ago and it was a pretty stress free dealer experience. It was a really busy day but Daniel took over for the delivery process and it was great. Staff here is pretty easy going don’t try to force much on you which is a refreshing experience. Finance was great to work with as well. Best dealership experience I’ve had.
