As far as car buying goes, I usually put it off as long as possible due to the sales tactics, high pressure etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Burien Toyota. Our Salesperson was Kory and he was great. Kim in Finance was very helpful in the process as well. I will most likely be getting my next vehicle here.

I went in for routine brake maintenance. The staff was very friendly and didn't try to upsell me like some of the other dealerships. Great work, I feel confident taking my truck there for future maintenance needs.

We had a very good experience working with Matheus, despite having to wait a long time to receive our Rav4. Matheus kept us up to date on the process and was very pleasant to work with.

I have a 2000 JDM Toyota Crown Estate Royal Saloon. All I needed was an oil change. 3 different places including another Toyota dealership turned me away. Burien Toyota took care of me. Waiting area was ELITE. Was able to watch a FIFA match while there. Turn around time was quicker than expected. I was in and out in about an hour; give or take. Looking forward to my wagons next service.

THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW FOR BURIEN TOYOTA. I was only able to 'edit' so please know that Cody Livingston was highly complimented by me in the first review. TODAY 7/7/26 I had the most wonderful experience with the Service Manager named FLOOR PIJPERS. Stellar customer service and effectiveness amid a very busy service department today. I received personalized, knowledgeable, competent and warm service from FLOOR PIJPERS today (regarding a Toyota Sienna SE that I recently purchased from a private party). He even helped me get in for an oil change and they found I needed an engine filter as well ...and did that as well. Thank you ! I can't speak highly enough for the outstanding customer service today. I am so impressed and grateful. THANK YOU FLOOR PIJPERS - you are way above most of the Service Managers I have interfaced with. You are amazing and gave me a 'front line' positive impression of Burien Toyota. Just the type of service and style that makes me want to do even more business with Burien Toyota in the future. WOW !!! What a fabulous experience!

No hassle or pushy sales people. Everyone was nice and friendly. Answered all my questions. I walked in wanting a Corolla Cross Hybrid, but in the showroom they had a decked out all black 2025 RAV4…so….I am the new owner of a RAV4! Bode and Robby and everyone else I spoke with answered all my questions and concerns over the week of my decision making. I am real happy with my purchase. Thank You Burien Toyota!
