My purchase experience with Kory was incredibly positive. I found Kory to be a very honest and principled man, (I definitely cannot say that for car sales in general) patiently answering my many questions and addressing all concerns to my satisfaction. Never once was I on the defensive. He’s very knowledgeable (all information matched consistently w/my mechanic) and a pleasant person to talk with. I would highly recommend him to anyone but especially women-very attentive to your needs, not what he wants to sell you.

Excellent service from Paul at Burien Toyota! I recently brought my Toyota in for routine maintenance, and Paul Perrigo was my Service Advisor. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. I really appreciated how smoothly he handled everything and how he kept the experience straightforward and stress-free. It’s clear that he takes pride in providing good customer service and actually cares about the customer’s experience. Paul is definitely someone I would be happy to work with again. If you bring your Toyota to Burien Toyota for service, I highly recommend asking for Paul. Great service and a great representative of the dealership!

During a quick follow-up to a purchase we made two years ago at Burien Toyota - we mentioned that a rear head-rest was not staying up. They offered to take a look and said that because it was a safety issue and was most likely broken when they sold it, they'd take care of it. We drove the 20+ miles to the dealership and they fixed it within the hour with no charge. No follow-up appointment, no parts to order, no waiting around for hours. Great service (note a different Toyota dealership quoted us $700+ to fix it). Fantastic!

My dad and I recently bought a car from Burien Toyota, and honestly, we had a great experience. Michael DeLeon was our salesperson, and he was straightforward, calm, and easy to work with. There was no pressure, and he made the whole process pretty stress-free. We were also surprised by how quickly everything went. We were in and out in about four hours, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re 100% satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend Michael and Burien Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car!

Re: The buying experience - I value transparency and it was my belief that this dealership did not live up to that standard. I was asked to sign a lot of paper that leaves you no time to read the paperwork. Buying a car should not be a smoke and mirrors stuff. If the dealership wanted to retain and nurture customer loyalty be transparent and afford the customer time to peruse all the document and explain what the document is all about. Re: Service - it’s alright. The service I got this September was alright. Anything that stands out? Frankly nothing, except that work done is now detailed in the paperwork they’ll give you after the work is done. The scope of work should be enumerated in the paperwork before your car is serviced and I think they did.
