I had an absolutely amazing experience at Toyota of Burien, especially with Junior Lakusa and Fernando Ayala. This was my first time ever buying a car, and I came in feeling overwhelmed, unsure, and honestly a little intimidated by the whole process. Junior immediately made me feel comfortable. He was kind, patient, honest, and never once made me feel pressured. He listened to what I needed, helped me compare options, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car for me. Fernando was also incredible. He stepped in to help support the process and went far above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. Both Junior and Fernando treated me with respect, warmth, and real care. I felt supported through the entire experience, from test driving to comparing vehicles to figuring out the final details with the most senior finance manager Tony. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was just being “sold” a car. I felt like they genuinely wanted me to feel safe, informed, and happy with my decision. I ended up purchasing a Toyota Corolla LE that I absolutely love, and I drove away feeling confident, excited, and deeply grateful. This was a huge milestone for me, and Junior and Fernando made it a truly memorable and positive experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Such an amazing and fun experience!

Nestor was a fantastic representative for Burien Toyota. He provided timely updates on the delivery of my new Tacoma, and was a pleasure to work with. After negative experiences with other dealerships in the area, Burien Toyota was a breath of fresh air. No hidden add-ons in the finance office and the closing process with Ryan was fantastic.

I usually dread going into dealerships as you sometimes feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Not with Burien Toyota. Went in looking for a Rav 4 for the wife but came out with a Tacoma for myself. We worked with Matheus who was excellent, friendly and communicative throughout the process as I was very particular with the trim and options I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. As fate would have it they got the truck with the options that I wanted the next couple days. Matheus was great in letting me know that they got one and I gave them a specific price I wanted to get at for the truck, and right away they were able to beat the price that I saw from another dealer. The whole experience was great and I was happy with my purchase at this place! Now for that hard to get RAV4 plugin.

Very good customer service

I wanted to give a quick shout-out to Nestor Nunez Rodriguez. He was the nicest and most professional salesperson I’ve worked with. We test drove a few vehicles and even had two kids with us, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He also answered so many of our questions over email. The dealership is also very clean and has a comfortable waiting room.

Purchased a new Toyota here and had a very good experience. Prices are reasonable and competitive, and the sales team (Mansoor, Nic and Mohammad) were are top notch! Very strong customer service. Picking up the car had a few small issues, but nothing major; I'd still do business here. Recommended, thanks Burien!

Purchased my first Toyota since getting a hand me down 1981 Toyota Celica from my dad in 1989. I’m loving my 2026 Tundra Platinum with TRD Off Road package. My sales experience at Burien Toyota was awesome. My sales rep Matheus was helpful, kind and respectful. The sales managers…Kelly, Jimmy, and Jeremy, helped to get me the options I wanted on my Tundra at the price I was comfortable with. The finance manager Tony was awesome too. They were all fantastic! Plus they provide a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty! My wife and I had a really really good experience at Burien Toyota, from the kind and warm greeting the first time we walked through their doors, to me driving off with my new truck. I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my time, and Burien Toyota is at the top of my list. I don’t write reviews either, but they deserve to be recognized. Thank you Matheus and Burien Toyota!

My experience with Tan Tran at Burien Toyota was amazing, thanks to his extensive car knowledge and welcoming kindness! He made a typically stressful experience smooth, transparent and quick. I had first reached out regarding a specific Toyota Crown about a week before my purchase, Tan was fast with finding me the perfect car from another dealership and was able to get it for me just a few short days later. He took his time addressing all my questions and explained every feature on the car in detail before I drove it off the lot.
