Thanks for the great helps and services from Micaela Bicknell! I just got my new Toyota yesterday with her. The overall experiences were pretty good. I would say Burien Toyota had the best sales in 100 miles of Seattle.

Christian Gamez worked really hard over several weeks to find a vehicle within my specs.

I just bought a RAV4 at Burien Toyota. The sales person I worked with was Micaela Bicknell. After looking at the RAV4‘s on the lot, I stated that nothing there was what I was looking for. Instead of being what I will call your ‘normal salesperson’, and trying to sell me something/anything so their monthly sales numbers would go up, she listened to what ‘I wanted’ and ordered it. She then kept me updated with status until the RAV4 came in. What a great experience. Other sales people could learn from her ‘customer focus’ and probably sell more vehicles.

Toyota Burien is the place to get a new car or service your car! My sister and I got to work with Christian to trade in a car that I didn’t like for a new Hybrid RAV4. He was very incredible! Very very patient, insanely knowledgeable, did not pressure us whatsoever and knew everything about the cars we were looking at inside and out! This had to be one of the best car purchase experience we’ve ever had! Everything went smooth and fast, did a great job informing us about the vehicle cons and pros & was very transparent with pricing and no hidden fees! Thanks again Christian! You’re awesome! We will definitely be buying our next cars in the future at Toyota Burien for sure! 🙌🏾

I had a great time and a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Burien Toyota. I shopped around at several dealerships in Washington, and I found that Burien’s offer was the most fair and transparent at every step. I was especially impressed by the salesperson, Rayan. He handled everything professionally and was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope the after-sales service remains just as excellent over the next five years—and that the lifetime warranty lives up to its promise as well.

Have used Burien Toyota multiple times for service. Each time everyone is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle driver went way beyond normal customer service when he helped a customer find her house keys left in her car. Very impressive.
