Great cars and service at Burien Toyota.

Floor is a great manager and solid guy. Took my 4runner in for an issue and ended up having a much larger issue and they treated me properly and fairly despite the large costs and unorthodox requests. After the service, issues persisted and they honored their guarantee on service and repaired it no cost and made my future business with them encouraged through honest dealings.

I am still not able to use my navigation system on my RAV 4. It seems to prioritize my wife's Iphone when we are riding together.

Had a great experience with Burien Toyota especially with Cristian and Kelly. They knew I wanted and took me right to it. I got a good value for my trade in and felt good about making the purchase on their only GR Corolla they had at the time. I had not been to Burien Toyota prior to this and have generally had my service on all my vehicles done at smaller service shops. Burien Toyota provided exceptional service! Ryan S. helped us from start to finish in ordering our new Toyota!! He was very responsive to all my questions in a timely and professional manner. On the day of pick up Ryan provided a thorough overview of the vehicle and all that it has to offer. He was knowledgeable of the many accessories and patiently went through them with us, allowing time for questions. The cost was beyond reasonable. After an expensive 60 k tuneup, 65k was expected to be $100-200. I was frustrated when the estimate was $ 500 plus. I will find another dealership!

Everyone seemed very competent and friendly and cooperative. I don’t know a lot about cars, but I think I got very good service for my sweet little Prius. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have her serviced!

Once again we had a very satisfying car buying experience at Burien Toyota. Micaela Bicknell was our sales rep and she was very patient with us. We were trying to find a first car for my teenage daughter to commute to college in this year. Micaela allowed us to test drive multiple cars and was very low pressure and agnostic about which one we should choose while giving us lots of helpful details about each vehicle and thoroughly answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We were able to select a great car and my daughter is thrilled! Micaela made the experience enjoyable and I really appreciate that in a sales rep. No slick weird flattery no gaslighting about how it will be the end of the world if we don’t get every single add on-just the facts and a very friendly and cordial demeanor. I’d give the whole experience 5 stars if it was just based on our interactions with Micaela alone but we had to wait forever for the finance person and then when she finally had time for us she laid on the pressure hardcore to spend thousands of extra dollars on add on features we don’t need and can’t afford and was visibly miffed when declined. It’s that kind of attitude that gives car dealerships a bad name. So more folks like Micaela who know how to take care of customers and less high pressure snow job stuff from the folks in finance. Thank you!
