It’s almost here — the 2020 Toyota TRD RAV4 Off-Road powerhouse SUV. The TRD Off-Road Suspension system is rally race-inspired and keeps your cabin from bouncing around. The dynamic torque-vectoring all-wheel-drive system improves your grip on the road, asphalt or otherwise. Its all-terrain tires can take a punch and are designed to take on rougher roads. The Multi-Terrain Select lets you tell your all-wheel-drive system what to expect from the road ahead, whether it be rain, snow, or shine. In short, the 2020 TRD RAV4 Off-Road is ready for adventure when you are.
Raw Power
The 2020 TRD RAV4 will come with a 2.5-liter Dynamic Force four-cylinder that outputs 203 horsepower and has enough low-end torque to tow up to 3,500 pounds. The engine is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission that’s designed to deliver a smooth shift every time. You’ll be able to choose how your engine handles the road ahead with the drive modes: Sport, Normal, and Eco. The new RAV4 will have enough power to let you tackle both the city streets and dirt roads with confidence.
Sharp Style
Outside, you’ll find tough, handsome colors that accentuate the TRD RAV4 Off-Road’s chiseled, sporty body. From the roof rails and two-tone paint jobs to the black-painted wheels, the TRD RAV4 looks as confident as it drives. Inside, you’ll find SofTex-covered seats with red accents that keep you comfortable during your travels. The red-on-black features throughout the cabin create a sharp atmosphere that feels as at home at a black-tie affair as it does in the middle of the desert.
Driver-Assist Tech
We love the driver-assist technologies that Toyota has been developing over the years. They make better drivers out of all of us by making us more aware of the road and ready to react in a split-second. The 2020 TRD RAV4 will have access to Toyota’s pre-collision system, pedestrian detection, lane tracing assist, road sign assist, and more.
