Going to a dealer, you are always leery about how the sales reps are going to be. But not with Burien Toyota! We cannot speak more highly of this place. Their service was outstanding, from start to finish. We truly felt taken care of and that every measure was being taken to ensure we were getting the best possible deal and meeting our every request. Best car buying experience EVER! When it's time to buy another Toyota, we will be driving the 2 hour and 15 minute drive back to Burien to do business with them. Everybody is exceptional!
I have taken my Toyota car to Burien Toyota Service ever since I purchased it, and I have always gotten Excellent service there. I will not take my car any where else. The staff is always so kind, understanding and very very helpful. I cannot ask for better service than the service that I have always gotten here. KUDO'S to all the staff.
She (the service advisor) was absolutely wonderful, always had a smile on her face. she went out of her way to get my car brakes and an oil change done that day even though I had just gotten off of work and arrived around 5pm. which was a Friday. I was going to be very business the next day and did not have time to bring my car back, and it really needed the brakes and the oil changed done as soon as possible. I just wanted you to know how great your service department is. I already had to bring my car in for an oil change last week, but I had to go back Tuesday because something fell behind the glove box causing it to stay open.
Anyway, I mentioned to them about the radio acting weird---just so they would be aware---and they are opting to just replace it. I was pleasantly surprised and am very happy. I know it's just a car radio, but they were just so nice about it. Jaime was one of the guys, but unfortunately I don't know the other two.
I just wanted you to know, because I don't think that would have happened anywhere else.
Our journey at Burien Toyota was and still is a pleasant experience. It's not every day that you negotiate for a vehicle, especially a brand new vehicle. We did our homework. There were other dealerships that said they would beat Burien Toyota's price, but it was only Burien Toyota that would put it in writing. Daniel Armitage is truly an exceptional salesman. His patience was quite impressive. Daniel made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. He is a very hard worker and his outstanding attitude and professionalism are what make him shine throughout the rest.
Bobbi Orr is an awesome business manager. She made the final paperwork seem like a walk in the park. Bobbi loves her job and her exceptional service shows why.
I grew up in Burien. It's the quality of the cars and employees that have people coming back to Burien Toyota every day. They keep it simple at Burien and that's how it should be. The employees at Burien Toyota simply help guide which vehicle suits their customers' needs.
Like I said before, our experience at Burien Toyota was nothing but Positive. If you don't know what I am talking about follow Daniel Armitage and Bobby Lynn. They are truly best at what they do.

Linda and I just want to thank the both of you, and the Burien Toyota Team for the excellent treatment that we received during the purchase of our new 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 access cab. We just love the truck. It drives like a dream, it is a smooth, quiet economical and the 2.7 engine with the automatic transmission has plenty of power for us.
Being in our middle 50's we have purchased our fair share of new cars over the years and this was probably the nicest, most accommodating new car purchase we have ever had. We will certainly recommend you to all of our friends, and family.

I'm an expert in TPS and nowhere is Lean more evident than Burien Toyota. Just what's needed, just where it's needed, just when it's needed. The plus at Burien is really, really nice people who care about the customer not just because it's their job but because they are sensitive to the individual needs of every customer. The owner of Fantasy Junction in SanFrancisco (A high end Ferrari dealer) says " there is more R&D in a Toyota ash tray than in all the Ferraris produced in the first 51 years. I'd like to add that as a former Mercedes Benz owner it is true that the "one required option on all new M/Bs should be a Camry in the drive way for when you really need to get somewhere"
P.S. There are more Toyotas on my block than any other brand name vehicle.

I am just writing to let you know that I had a very positive experience having my car repaired at your dealership. I have been to several other dealerships and have not had such good service. In Glendale, CA, they fixed my window but broke my door, then refused to repair what they broke. Hearing about that, your team saw to it that my door was fixed at no charge. I went to the Bellevue dealership to see about fixing the water that was leaking into my car. They referred me to an outside company not convenient to my home. You guys were able to repair the leak. Every step of the way was really prompt and attentive, from my first inquiry call, to making an appointment, to bringing the car in. The cashiers too were prompt, courteous, professional. I was given a loaner, which I have never been offered by a dealership in the past. When I showed up early to my appointment, a woman who was not my scheduled person came to help me, was very knowledgeable and helpful and got me on my way quickly. Jason followed up later with phone calls keeping me aware of the progress and timetable. And when I picked up my car, they had also cleaned the interior and trunk space, which had gotten pretty gross from the leaking. What most impressed me about your team is that they do work as a team. Everybody there seemed to be working together to be sure I was taken care of and was getting good customer service. And I can see that customer satisfaction is a priority for everyone. With all of that, I left very satisfied and wanting to be sure that I recommend Burien Toyota to my Toyota friends. Congratulations for all of your hard work.

Tony Michaels was incredibly helpful when I called the day before asking about the Prius and when I came in the following day. Dario Graf, my salesperson, was excellent. He shared the qualities of each car as we test drove and then let me drive without distraction so I could get the feel for each. Shannon in Finance was both thorough and friendly. I have received calls from both Dario and the service department since purchasing my Prius. When I called the service department with a question, they returned my call immediately and were very professional. I have had only a few experiences with buying a new car and can honestly say Burien Toyota by far exceeds them all in the level of professionalism and friendliness in customer service. I've told anyone that would listen to go to Burien Toyota if they need a new car.

Phenomenal experience in buying my used Sienna mini-van. Your internet guys were great.
